Students must complete a background check at www.clearcheck.com. This is at the student's expense. The background check cost is normally $39.99. There could be additional charges paid directly to Clear Check. Students must pass this background check to be accepted into the program (No other background checks are acceptable). Send a copy of your background check to East Coast Institute. Once accepted into the program, if a student is arrested or charged while attending ECI and the charges would keep them from attending clinicals, the student will be terminated immediately from the program.

Tuition & Payments

A $150 non-refundable application fee is due with submission of application.
Classes starting in 2025 have a total tuition cost of $22,500. The $150 application fee will go toward tuition cost upon acceptance.
If paid in full, tuition will be $20,000 which includes the application fee.

Immunizations Required Before Acceptance

A Tuberculosis Test (within the last year)
Tdap Vaccine (within the last ten years)
A titer (a blood test showing immunity) is acceptable for immunizations
MMR 1 & 2 doses required (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
Hepatitis B — 1, 2, & 3 doses required (7-month series)
Varicella (Chicken Pox) — 2 doses required
Covid-19 Vaccine or waiver

Immunizations must be submitted on Immunization Form and signed by your healthcare provider.
Provide medical/religious exemption or waiver if applicable.

Hours of attendance during the online didactic portion are Monday through Friday with tests scheduled every Friday to be completed by 11pm.
Corresponding scan labs are 6 hours weekly. You will be assigned a clinical scan lab. These labs are currently offered on Tuesday or Friday from 9am – 3:30pm

Clinical hours are approximately 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, subject to clinical assignment schedule with 28 - 32 hours of clinical scheduled each week with one day per week at school location for mandatory scan lab.
Students may have to travel over 60 miles to clinical rotations.
Students must have their own transportation while attending East Coast Institute. East Coast Institute is a drug and alcohol-free school.
